Refunds & Returns
We at Andrew Harper want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase provided it is unaltered, unworn, and presented in saleable condition (no signs of wear) and with tags unremoved. Simply follow the guidelines below:
To return or exchange an item, email email@example.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). The item must be returned within 10 days of the original shipment date. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days to process your return, plus another 5 business days for the refund to be reflected on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email once we have received and processed your return.
We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify through electronic analysis an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers at andrewharperjewelry.com and jordanalexanderjewelry.com.
Customized items are always final sale.
All Andrew Harper jewelry is guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from delivery. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty.
Should you require a repair, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, details from the original sales invoice, and your contact information. Andrew Harper Jewelry will assess whether the repair is approved on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion depending on the nature of the repair.
Shipping, Taxes & Duties
We ship to the United States and Canada. For international orders, please contact us directly at email@example.com.
Shipping is free within the United States for all purchases over $250. Purchases under $250 will be shipped via FedEx ground at standard rates, and packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise. Shipping to Canada is a flat $45 fee.
For made-to-order items, shipping will take 4-6 weeks.
State sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to Alabama.
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
